    Hi

    I am new to teaching AS AQA Psych in September and currently trying to order textbooks – I like the look of the complete companion textbook but have seen the 2012 student book – I’m unable to see inside this one and wondered if it is a different style of book and therefore different to the 2008 textbook? Just wondering as I was going to go for the 2012 one to be as up to date as possible for the new spec – but don’t want to order it if it something different to the textbook! If so – is the 2008 version up to date enough for recent spec changes? Any advice much appreciated please – want to get it right for my students!

    I replied to you on Psychexchange before I saw this. I’m glad you ilk the look of our textbook and sorry that you have been frustrated about seeing inside. You can order inspection copies or look at some of the new spreads we have written here http://www.oup.com/oxed/secondary/psychology/aqapsych/

    The 3rd edition of the AS book is out now and the 3rd edition of the A2 book is out in 2 weeks – both are written to the new specification. The 2008 edition is not up-to-date.
