I am finding the latest exam companion for AS a wonderful tool to use with the students – great to be able to show example answers particularly for the 12 markers. I just have one query about it – on page 112, question one says that ‘behaving in the same way as other members of your society’ applies to the deviation from social norms definition of abnormality. I thought it would be behaving in different ways – could you clarify for me please?

Answer: Well spotted – it is a mistake and should say ‘Behaving in a different way to other members of your society.
